Meat Goats:  Food, Profit & Fun!

The Global interest in goat meat, called chevon or cabrito, exceeds supply and continues to grow. 

Spend an afternoon, at Virgelle, with Yvonne Zweede-Tucker, author of
The Meat Goat Handbook, and workshop presenter at this year's Mother Earth News Fairs, exploring the range of possibilities there are in raising meat goats as well as the types and breeds of goats one can utilize.

Tuition  is $50 per student and includes afternoon workshop and supper.

Beginning at 1:00 p.m. until supper is over.

Located just 40 miles north of Great Falls, along I-15, look for the Collins Road exit. Go about 4 miles west to the first intersection and turn left. Go about 2 miles to the town of Collins and look for the Community Club building next to the old Collins Mercantile building...

Spend an afternoon with Martha Jones, motivational speaker and "Joy-ologist", who will guide us through the recognition of allowing the body, mind and spirit to dance together!   During the motivational segment she will talk about choices, perspective, anger, laughter vs humor & joy vs happiness, teaching participants to recognize and express joy and to be fully present with themselves and others, and wind up the afternoon with a laughter yoga session!
